Heir of the destroyed Bisenzio, CAPODIMONTE is a small village on Bolsena Lake. Characteristic are its historic center, around the Rocca Farnese, and its small marina. Interesting and enjoyable are boat trips departing to the islets of the lake for a scenic ride without breaks and with historical notes. The boat circumnavigates the beautiful Martana Islet, which is part of a small volcanic crater in the interior of the lake and the Bisentina Islet, whose history is linked particularly to the Farnese Family.
