Exploring the "Rock Necropolises" in the hinterland of Tuscia, abandoning the role of tourist and move as an explorer with the knowledge of understand wild places and sometimes mysterious. Besides to Blera and the archaeological zone of San Giovenale, located along the road to Monteromano and Civitella Cesi, further ahead, inside the Suburban Marturanum Park, here is San Giuliano, near Barbarano Romano, the oldest of the rock Necropolises. Not to be missed are some mounds and the remains of the medieval village. Norchia is a particularly special place set in the countryside in Cinelli area; Norchia stands out for a path of "archeotrekking"" (archaeological trekking) which winds through graves, ruins of a medieval castle and the Etruscan gorge. On the road to Viterbo here is Castel d'Asso; here some tombs are particularly interesting as some graves and the ruins of a medieval settlement erected on the Etruscan Axia.
